Frequently asked questions
How does the AI design studio work?
Describe the print in a sentence. The studio returns four directions as editable layers — text, graphic, shapes, background — and you change any of them. Nothing is flattened until you export.
What sizes and fits are available?
We offer XS to 2XL in a heavyweight 240–300 GSM combed ring-spun cotton tee with a boxy oversized body and a drop shoulder. The size chart lists both the flat measurement and the on-body fit.
How long does shipping take?
Custom prints go to press within 48 hours. Collection pieces ship the next working day. Delivery is 3–5 working days domestically and 7–10 days internationally.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Size exchanges are free within 7 days on unworn pieces. A custom print can't be resold, so it's returnable only if the print or garment is faulty — send a photo and we reprint it.
